Every adult applies

Each proposed resident age 18 or older must complete the secure full application and screening process.

Three times the monthly rent

Combined gross monthly household income must equal at least 3× the monthly rent. Qualifying income must be lawful, verifiable and expected to continue.

Housing history

Rental references, payment history, lease compliance and applicable eviction records may be reviewed.

Credit and background

Applicable consumer-report and background information may be considered consistently and in accordance with law.

Property-specific terms

Occupancy, animal, deposit, move-in and other requirements vary by home and will be disclosed before payment.
